Daniel W. Dickenson
CEO, Reboot Networks
Dan is the CEO and founder of Reboot Networks, a services-only Information Technology firm launched in 1997. Today Dan focuses on fostering The Reboot Way of comprehensive excellence at all levels and in all aspects of Company operations. Dan is a regular presenter at major industry conferences on the topics of KPI reporting and cloud services business models in Managed Service Providers. Dan has been certified as a Microsoft IT Professional / Systems Engineer for over fifteen years, and holds several other current technology certifications.
Dan received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Redlands. While at Redlands, Dan served as President of the Associated Students and studied for a semester in Salzburg, Austria. Dan continues to be an active supporter of the University, and received the Centennial Award in 1997 as one of a select group of alumni honored for outstanding service during the University’s first one hundred years.
Dan currently resides in Seattle, WA with his wife and son, where he continues to be involved in the founding of technology startups. Outside of work Dan enjoys an active Northwest lifestyle, particularly water sports and downhill skiing.
Jeremy J. Fitzgerald
COO, Reboot Networks
Jeremy is the COO of Reboot Networks and joined the team in early 2003, originally as the Director of Business Development. Among Jeremy’s many IT related talents, he excels in management, strategic partnerships, and solution selling. In addition, Jeremy is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer. Jeremy has always had an interest in IT, and specifically joined the Reboot team to become part of a family that cared not only about its employees, but also about the success of its clients.
Jeremy attended the University of Redlands where he graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a minor in Psychology. During his time at the University, Jeremy studied business abroad in Galway, Ireland for six months. As a senior, he was selected as the Hunsaker Scholar of the year.
Jeremy currently resides in Southern California where he loves to tinker with computers and gadgets, and also spend quality time with his family. Outside of IT, Jeremy is a NFL enthusiast and also enjoys traveling.
